Overview

I believe that lead firms are the culmination of their value chains. Their growth and profitability depend on what their value chain enables them to bring to market. Fortunately, they are also the custodians of their value chain, and thus have the power to shape it to their advantage.

I have been working with lead firms over more than 12 years of industrial development and economic consulting experience across Europe and South Africa. I oversee a number of value chain development programmes, both privately funded and in the form of public-private partnerships.
