Overview

It is vital for all firms and their employees to embrace the phrase “going to the Gemba” and learn through hands-on experience. This is how I have learnt the most over the last twenty years. In this time, I have been extremely fortunate to visit hundreds of firms and be privileged enough to walk through their facilities. This has been where most of my knowledge, especially around Lean, has come from. I look forward to continuing my journey and gaining more knowledge through our Shared Learning activities.
