The Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Durban Automotive Cluster year ending 2018 took place on the 24th April 2019. The event served as the official launch of the Cluster’s programme strategy which has been re-aligned to the objectives of the South African Automotive Masterplan (SAAM) and the Industry Five-Year Plan.

The process of strategy evaluation has taken place of the course of the last three months in order to ensure that DAC programmes remain relevant, value adding and provide maximum benefit to firms and in alignment with national priorities and objectives for the sector. The DAC presented the current and future state of the automotive industry, both locally and internationally, and highlight the key programmes to be delivered over the course of the 2019 year and the value your firm can receive from participation.
