The Durban Automotive Cluster Management Development Programme (MDP) is the cluster’s flagship learning intervention that aims to equip current and future managers with the skills necessary to become leaders in the automotive industry. Through a combination of relevant and applicable training material and the application of a Business-Driven Action Learning (BDAL) approach, the programme delivers real business benefit to participants and their organisations. Delivered in partnership with the University of Stellenbosch Business School (USB), the DAC MDP is an intensive and high-value training programme.

This year, the DAC saw our largest class of programme participants and we welcomed members to celebrate this with us, as we acknowledged the commitment and dedication of our MDP learners, their BDAL syndicate sponsors and their respective organisations.
