Durban Automotive Cluster hosted a study tour that looked at the principles and good practices of quality, and how it relates to the development of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) competencies and the pursuit of in-firm competitiveness.

The session commenced with a short upfront theoretical presentation, followed by peer learning focused factory tours of our host firms, Laser Junction and Altech UEC.
