Durban Automotive Cluster Annual General Meeting
6 September 2016The Durban Automotive Cluster’s 2016 Annual General Meeting was held on 21 July 2016 at the Dube TradePort.
The event reflected on two key current issues, namely policy – with local automotive policy currently under review – we focused on other emerging markets’ policy choices and their implications and localisation, hearing from Toyota, the largest OEM in South Africa and many DAC member’s key customer, on localisation for survival. We utilised the AGM to update members on the activities of the DAC and to share its 2020 vision.
