A high level of constant and consistent engagement between employers and employees can reduce the frequency and intensity of industrial action as clear communication facilitates the troubleshooting of problems in their early stages.

To enable members to understand how to reduce the frequency and impact of industrial action in their firms, the DAC hosted a workshop focusing on industrial relations and driving staff commitment and engagement levels. Learn about some of the tools and techniques that can be utilised to drive staff engagement and commitment levels in your firm in order to reduce the frequency and impact of industrial action.
