Supporting DAC members accessed highly suitable, trained and work-ready candidates at low cost and no risk & Supporting unemployed youth gain skills and experience.

  1. Solution for various labour market constraints: churn, absenteeism, high drop out of new recruits, skills for ramp up and/or development of a standing skills pool to draw from
  2. Rigorous screening, recruitment and base skills development process, managed end-to-end
  3. Significantly funded: Primarily funded by DAC with stipend contribution from firms who can also earn BEE points and draw from operational training spend
