- Solution for various labour market constraints: churn, absenteeism, high drop out of new recruits, skills for ramp up and/or development of a standing skills pool to draw from
- Rigorous screening, recruitment and base skills development process, managed end-to-end
- Significantly funded: Primarily funded by DAC with stipend contribution from firms who can also earn BEE points and draw from operational training spend
